Art Was Never Optional.
Tony grew up with art in his blood — pencil in hand since before he could spell his own name. Drawing wasn't a hobby. It was how he processed the world.
That creative fire never went out. Not even when he enlisted and served 8 years in the military. The service didn't kill the artist — it forged discipline, stripped away everything non-essential, and taught him what actually matters.
When he got out, he came back swinging: a bachelor's in Video Game Art and Development, then a second degree in Cyber Security. Two worlds — one creative, one technical. Both fueled by the same refusal to stop building.
Origin
Denton, Texas. March 2024.
It started with six designs and five hundred shirts. Sinister Ink Apparel LLC, born out of Denton, Texas — a tattoo-inspired clothing line built on one conviction: the clothes you wear should carry meaning.
What started as a passion project quickly demanded more. The brand evolved into Memento Mori — same founder, same obsession with craft, but a bigger vision. The name comes from ancient Stoic philosophy: “remember that you will die.” Not as darkness. As fuel.
If tomorrow isn't promised, then today better count. The original Sinister Ink collection remains available as a legacy line — once it sells out, those designs retire permanently.
