Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, visit our Contact page and select “Returns & Exchanges” as the subject. Include your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. For limited and legacy Sinister Ink items, exchanges depend on remaining stock.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Sale or clearance items (final sale)
